Everyone’s curry house favourite. Ours is made with tender, grilled chicken (free-range and British, of course), cooked slowly in a medium spiced coconut masala sauce with a good dose of curry leaves, tamarind and garam masala - sweetened up with a little jaggery.

INGREDIENTS:  Plum Tomato (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Free Range British Chicken Thighs (39%), Onion, Double Cream [MILK] (8%), Toasted Coconut Shavings, Natural Yoghurt [MILK], Olive Pomace Oil (Olive Oil (51%), Sunflower Oil (49%)), Unsalted Butter [MILK], Tomato Purée, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Kosher Salt, Garam Masala, Cumin, Turmeric, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Powder, Cardamom Pods, Black, Cardamom Pods, Green, Coriander, Ground Cinnamon.



Cooking Instructions




Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 35 - 40  mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.


Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power. 850W. Heat for 4 mins.

Leave to stand for 2 minutes and stir well before serving.

CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid.
