600g Beef, diced
1 Large Onion, diced
2 Red Peppers, chopped
1 Tin (400g) Tinned Tomatoes
1 Tbsp (15ml) Tomato Puree
150ml Sour Cream
Chopped Parsley to garnish (optional)
Place the diced beef, peppers, onion, tomatoes, and tomato puree into your slow cooker pot.
Blend the Goulash Sauce Mix with the water (300ml) and add into the slow cooker pot. Stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on MEDIUM or until the meat is tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking: cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
Remove the lid and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Stir in the sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional).
